This can be done by developing diagnostics centers and specialists’ hospitals in areas that do not have any access to health care services. Emerald will have to partner with public and private stakeholders in the healthcare industry. Emerald will need to create working relationships with financial institutions such as commercial banks, development banks to access affordable healthcare financing for public and private sector healthcare projects.
